My webmarks

A webmark (pronounced web•maark) is a record of a piece of information (e.g. a website, a song, a poem, a book quote, etc.) found online. It is a thing you found on the web, liked, and decided to keep.

I did not create this word (there is a paper from 2010 [archived link] that already mentions it), but I hope it sticks. If you like it, you can help by submitting the word to Oxford English Dictionary's submission form so it can rise higher than Urban Dictionary [archived urban link].

These webmarks, like my ideas, are always-updating.
